Fresco & Local is a gastronomic platform that organizes unique experiences through which you will discover the culinary wealth of Malaga, Andalusia and Spain. ​

 

Since time immemorial, in Malaga we have welcomed people from all over the world, we are the result of an authentic mix of cultures and this is reflected in our gastronomy. ​

 

Our purpose is to bring our gastronomy closer to all people, whether local or foreign, to show you the richness of our markets, to teach you how to choose quality and seasonal products and to teach you how to cook authentic Spanish recipes.

I've had the pleasure of joining this guided visit to the food market in Marbella. Paloma is passionate and incredibly knowledgeable and opened our eyes to the true world of local food. She walked us through explaining in detail everything from how to choose the fresh local fish (and how to tell which has been exposed to pesticides) to identify what produce is local and in season. What stood out most was Paloma's deep respect for quality and authenticity. Whether you are a food lover or just curious about how to elevate your grocery shopping I can't recommend this experience enough. It was personal, practical and inspiring!"
