Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal (according to Spanish legislation)
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal in purchases made remotely. However, this right will not be applicable when the service is related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution, such as tours or gastronomic experiences scheduled on a specific date. Therefore, by booking a dining experience with a specific date, the client accepts that the service is subject to a specific date and that the right of withdrawal may not apply once the reservation is confirmed.
2. Cancellations by the client
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-show: no refund will be made.
3. Date changes
Clients can request date changes or rescheduling at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours before the experience, subject to availability.
4. Cancellation by the company
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the experience for justified reasons, including: adverse weather conditions causes of force majeure not reaching the minimum number of participants logistical or operational problems In these cases, the client will be able to choose between: reschedule the experience, or receive a full refund.
5. Late arrivals
The experiences begin at the indicated time. Late arrivals may imply total or partial loss of the activity, without the right to refund, so as not to affect the rest of the participants.
6. Allergies and food restrictions
Guests must communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will try to adapt the menu when possible, but modification cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
7. Refund procedure
Approved refunds will be made through the same payment method used in the reservation, within an approximate period of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
What should be included in the Refund Policy document
In general, a Refund Policy typically addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for requesting a refund, whether the refund will be full or partial, under what conditions the customer will receive the refund, and much more.
